Since Pking is basically dead a pure isn't really going to be much use anymore, but you can still create one if you wish. Train Attack and Strengh on OSRS gold Dummies in Varrock, once you get to the highest level you can get on them, you can begin fighting men, goblins, chickens etc etc. As you get stronger, move on to more advanced levels. I suggest that you train your attack and strength at 5 levels. Such a progression would be beneficial.

5 Attack, followed by 5 Strength, then 10 att. After that, 10 att., then 15 strength, 15 att. Then 20 att. Then 25 att., 30 str. (you should feel more confident at 25-30) 30att., 35 str. 35 att, 45 str, 40 att, 50 str. 45 att 55 str 50 att (if you want to cheap RS gold become a gmaul then you could train str like mad, stop at attack).
